Welcome to Bayfront Bliss, our stunning, ground-level bayfront home. Perfect for families (and your dogs!), this home combines relaxation with easy access to all OC has. Our newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. The living area and bedrooms feature smart TVs and charging stations for your convenience. Step onto the dock to fish, launch a float, or tie up your 24' boat in the available slip. The well-stocked kitchen includes a new 4-in-1 coffee bar, crock pot, toaster, and dishwasher.
Good to know
We welcome well-behaved dogs! Please let us know about your dog when booking. Dogs should be house-trained, cleaned up after, and not left unattended unless crated. We have a dog crate available for your use. Please keep them off beds and furniture, wipe muddy paws before coming inside, and report any accidental damage. We love hosting dogs and simply ask that the home is left in the same condition you found it. If you do decide to bring a dog, we do ask for a one time $75 pet fee per visit.
House Rules
The primary renter, that stays onsite, must be at least 25 years of age. No parties are allowed. There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the condo unit or in the building.
Other Details to Note
Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package may be delivered to the condo for your visit. The package includes sheets for all four queen sized beds, bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes for 8 guests. The optional linen package is available at a cost of $160. for your visit.

We have a covered porch area where you can relax with your favorite beverage and watch the sunset or all the boats going by. You can park in designated space in parking lot for Unit 102. We have a picnic table and fish cleaning station on the dock area for your daily catch on the dock but these ae available to all 6 condo units in the building. There is also a bike rack on the dock area if you bring your bicycles which we love to do. We have a boat dock that can comfortable fit a 23 foot boat with an 8 foot beam to access the bay right outside your door! Please if you bring your pet treat this home like you would treat your own. If you can't control your pet to stay off furniture and beds, please put down blankets on beds chairs or sofa to protect them. So that next guest who could be allergic to dogs can use the space. In your absence we have provided a dog crate for you use in front bedroom.
